2026 — International Mathematical Kangaroo and Koala

We’re thrilled to announce that 13 of our Year 4 & Year 5 pupils participated in the prestigious International Mathematical Kangaroo Competition on March 19th! We also had 7 pupils from Y2 & Y3 who competed in the Koala edition of the Kangaroo competition.

The Kangaroo Math Contest features a series of multiple-choice questions that test logic and problem-solving skills. Created in France in 1991 and inspired by an Australian model, this contest now engages millions of students worldwide each year. The problems are adapted to different grade levels, offering a playful and stimulating approach to mathematics.

AEFE accreditation

The Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE) brings together, as of September 2026, 640 schools in 140 countries ↗, educating more than 400,000 students, one third of whom are French and two thirds of other nationalities.

With a 98.8% pass rate and 83.3% of students achieving honours ↗, the 2026 session of the French Baccalaureate confirms the excellence of students within the AEFE network.

All of these schools are accredited by the French Ministry of National Education. To obtain accreditation as a French educational institution abroad, a school must undergo a formal accreditation process coordinated by the AEFE (Agency for French Education Abroad). This accreditation certifies that the school delivers the French national curriculum in accordance with the values and standards of the French education system.
